Faith Bible Church is a non-denominational church founded in November 1995 by Rev. John Hao when God showed him the great demand for faithful and truth-pursuing pastors to build more profound and lively churches rooted in the Bible. God gave Rev. Hao the vision to begin a new ministry with the core missions of theological training to build up pastors, evangelism, community service, and church planting.
Faith Bible Church began in 1995 at its original location (133-20 41st Avenue, Flushing, NY 11355) in the downtown Flushing area. We refer to our original church as our “FBC Main Church.” Since then, God has grown the church and Faith Bible now has ten church branches all over the world and its own seminary. One of these branches is Faith Bible Hope Center.
In December 2007, God provided an old Ford garage which consequently became Hope Center. We offer two main services on Sunday mornings (English service at 9:30 a.m. and Chinese (Mandarin) service at 11:00 a.m.) and Friday night cell group (smaller gathering) meetings at 7:30 p.m. The mission, purpose, and values of Faith Bible remain the same at Hope Center: to raise up lively churches of faithful and truth-seeking people rooted in the Bible. Our Hope Center English ministry is led by Pastor Gregory Woo, Pastor Jeddy Hao, and Minister KC Wong.
